Hi my name is Joni and I am the founder of GEG (Green Eats Global). I am a mom, a nurse and founder/principle of Snacktivist Foods (a small food brand). Other than being a glutton for punishment, I have a passion for food, health and our economy.

I have decided to dedicate my life to changing the way that food does business because I believe that this is the only way to see the changes to our global food chain that need to happen to protect human, environmental and economic health for our planet.
